Overview

The United Kingdom of Miotia-Candor commonly called the United Kingdom, Pupatory or Miotia is a Dual or Tri Constitutional Monarchy in Western Wasaru (Landmass). Currently known as the Regency of the United Kingdom of Miotia-Candor (State)-Kjanu (State). It is bordered on the north by Northern Czech, on the south by Jezabelstien (Nation), on the east by Serpenteum, and on the west by the sea. Miotia-Candor comprises 5 prefectures and 2 special regions. It is also known as the apocalypse sponge. Every time there is an extinction-level event, the United Kingdom usually if not always receives the highest civilian casualties. There's a population decrease of 400,000,000 to 148,000,000 during the time of early 2019 to late 2020. Which results in nationwide automation. Following the end of the War of 4th Coalition, population growth has increased to 2.6%. As of 2024, according to PHS the population is 159,846,745.25. (.25 is in the process of being born.)

Inherited ancient Chaodian culture, from there developed Pupatory civilization. After the split from Pupatory into Miotia and Candor, the two nations had solely focused on developing weapons to destroy each other for 900 years until a common enemy has restored the ties between the two. In 1999, the twin kingdoms united and formed what is known today as the United Kingdom of Miotia-Candor. Newly transitioning from fascist to democracy, the United Kingdom's democracy is considered a mess by many. Following the will of Princess Eudokia, the Eudokist faction has maintained and ensured democracy continues to thrive. Kjanu joined the United Kingdom later in 2019, becoming the United Kingdom of Miotia-Candor and Kjanu.

The United Kingdom is a centrist military, economic, cultural, and diplomatic Great Power that influences much of Wasaru, and interplanetary transport due to its ownership of the Rias International Space Elevator. Which is protected by the anti-ICBM Rhongomyniad Network, just like the entirety of Northern Wasaru. Influencing pop culture with their Anime, Manga industry, and deviant works with little to no restriction on freedom of expression. Due to the geopolitics of being near former Jezabelstien (Nation) and Mendenwall (Nation) and becoming a potential enemy, there are many calls for even higher military spending. The dawn of Android automata, the Nephilim-Class Aragami replacing soldiers has risen after the population has been reduced to 37% in 2019. Which had left much of the nation in plant-covered ruins, turning it in a carbon-negative nation. The United Kingdom's main WMD are the A2 mines, they are much more efficient and cleaner than conventional nuclear fission weapons. The United Kingdom focuses on the Air Force and the navy. Known for having massive wing-morphing flying machines and naming every single class of warship a 'destroyer' to avoid controversy. Possibly the only military world power without a proper aircraft carrier or battleship, officially.

Due to a long history with bioweapons, medicine is the primary, low-background steel, and semiconductor, ARM-based Electronics are the secondary export. Titanium alloys are produced in large amounts for the plane-loving nation. Firearms within the nation are all electronically and remotely locked by default. They're only unlocked when the Athena system or the PHS recognizes an existing threat that requires the use of a firearm. However, Nephilim sentries are exceptions to this rule.

Etymology

Miotia or Miotus, the origin of the name is still unknown to this day. Many suspect the word originated from "Mio" which could be an interpretation of "meow" This was due to the usually winged cats that inhabit the land.
Candor or Kanatoro is a name of an ancient tribe that was once conquered by the Empire Pupatory during their expedition toward the south.

The standard way to refer to a citizen of Miotia is as a "Miotian" and Candorian as a "Candorian" or "Kanatoran"

History

Chaodic Mythical Era: 9,000 BC - 2,000 BC
The newly discovered Chaodis civilization is believed to have been founded around 9,000 BC. Making it one of the oldest, if not the oldest, human civilizations. Other than artifacts that proved its existence. The only records were writings and mythical sources. It’s said the Chaodis civilization was founded by Ocean Abyssal deities and humans, achieving a society of co-existence. This led to the emergence of the Chaodic Language system.

In Pupatorian text, it’s suggested that the Great Tower of Chaodis was destroyed. The scientific community does not confirm the existence of such a structure. However, old paintings and references to its existence strongly supported that such a structure was constructed at one point in history.

According to the Pupatorian Cathedrasilicom, Harman Catholic Church, and other Nekht artifacts, the Great Flood happened in 2,000 BC. According to Cathedrasilicom text, a great tsunami destroyed the Chaodis civilization because the humans of Chaodis chose to distance themselves from the Abyssal deities. In Christian myth, God chose a man named Len ainh, and he would build the Kivotos, Ark to survive the flood with animals. The Ark would make it to modern-day Minervaindexca. Making it the holy land.

Chaodic Human Era: 1,300 BC - 328 BC
Due to the lack of mention of deities living beside humankind from the text and artifacts of this time period, it’s often dubbed the beginning of the Human Era. Proto-Pupatorian Language based on Chaodic Alphabets emerged in 1,300 BC.

The city-state of Pupatory is founded above the western ruins of the Chaodic Empire by the remnants of Chaodis in 800 BC. They enjoyed around 500 years of peace, until the Nagy Pecs from modern Hungary conquered them in 328 BC. The Nagy Pecs rule lasted for 28 years; their empire collapsed in 300 BC.

Late Chaodic Era: 299 BC - 1 AD
In 299 BC, the Chaodic League was formed. A theocratic confederation that united city-states that shared the Chaodic culture. Vowed to defend against foreign invaders, like the Nagy Pecs or North Kjanuans.

The Pupatorian Sect separated from the Grand Chaodis Cathedrasilicom, which tore the Chaodic League apart, into a diarchy system between Chaodis and Pupatory.

The Pupatorian rebellion of 1 BC resulted in a civil war in the Chaodic League. The capture of Chaodis by Pupatorian forces marks the end of the Chaodic dynasty. On the day Chaodis was captured, an unprecedented earthquake with a magnitude of 9.1 had resulted in mass casualties. Caused a massive change in the Pupatorian terrain, causing the “double-layered surface” geological anomaly. It has also been recorded that a phenomenon of the “black mud” swept away the cities of Chaodis and Pupatory, causing an extinction-level event for many wildlife. The calamity of 1 AD still puzzles scholars in the modern day. While the Chaodic royal family had all been killed, there are records of a missing princess with a fox. Chaodic Restorationists had argued in the 1920s, only a true heir to the throne could reunite the twin kingdom.

Pupatorian Era: 40 AD - 199 AD
The Papatorian Theocracy was founded in 40 AD as the regional power of the Pupatorian region. Lethal Afixishelle’s coup in Pupatory, overthrowing the old clergy, and the conquest of Chaodis have led to the rise of the Pupatorian Empire in 101 AD. This resulted in the reorganization of many Chaodic faiths into Pupatheorism, thus the Pupatorian Cathedrasilicom is founded. The conquest of Northern Kjanuan had resulted in the creation of the Kanatorian state under the Pupatorian Empire.

By 120 AD, the Great Conqueror Afixishelle Leythal crushed the Verleschdians, resulting in Pupatory occupying modern-day Western Kjanu, Jezabelstien, Minervaindexca, and  Khong-Bang. Thus began the Fifty Years of Terror, according to Christians. The modernization and standardization of the Pupatorian language began by taking many foreign words into the vocabulary.
Afixishelle Leythal died from tuberculosis in modern-day Struss, Gertbland in 170 AD. This resulted in a power vacuum in the empire. Small skirmishes between native Kurds and Antigue against the expanding Pupatorian Empire also happened during this time.
Following the death of Afixishelle Leythal, Pupatory separates itself into autonomous areas, which are all ruled over by Pupatory. Notably, the Governorate of Uyna is the Christian Holy Land. In 118 AD, the Kjanu Governorate monarch, Shen Xiao was killed by Pupatory. Shen Xiao’s 6-year-old child is put on the throne as a puppet leader.

The Crusade Era: 200 AD - 203 AD
The Governor of Uyna laxes restrictions against the Catholic Church in 200 AD. This resulted in a massive revolt by the Catholics to secure their freedom from Pupatory. The Pupatorian sacked the Governor and assumed control over Uyna, attempting to control the situation.
With Pupatheorism’s beliefs that the one-god is evil, Pupatory is incompatible with the Abrahamic religion to its foundation. The Western Praefectus Empire, or simply Verlschdie, offered to help the Catholic insurgents. And the Empire Verlschdie and many catholic supporters declared war against Pupatory in support of the Holy state of Uyna in 201 AD. What followed was a 2-year-long conflict that resulted in the collapse of the Pupatorian Empire. The Pupatorian border was pushed back to the Kanatorian region. This event is later known as the crusade.
Verleschide’s crusade and annexation of the Northern Jungles resulted in the formalization of the Holy State of Uyna and the creation of the Kingdom of Frontera in 203 AD.

Twin Kingdom Era: 1130 AD - 1850 AD
In 1130 AD, the last emperor of Pupatory passes without an heir,  resulting in civil war between the ethnically Kjanuan-based Kanatorians and the Chaodic population of Pupatoy. Founding of the Miotian Empire by the elements of Pupatory, and the founding of the Divine Kanatorian Clan led by the clergy in 1132 AD.

The first Miotian-Candorian War, also known as the One Year War, occurred in 1146 AD. The Second accord in 1160 AD, till 1201 AD.

During the age of sail, Miotia and Kanatoro raced to colonize and pick up what’s left of the Kudian Imperial remnants in modern-day Rikura for the spice route to Jingyang in 1647 AD. This resulted in the import of Kanji from Jingyang.

KKhano Era: 1850 AD - 1919 AD
The Co-Prosperity Treaty between the twin kingdoms was called to face the threat of Kkhano in 1851 AD; however, the movement was silenced. With the Kkhanoese intentions to be cleared, the twin kingdoms signed and formed the Co-Prosperity Treaty Organization, CPTO in 1871 AD to face the imminent Kkhanoese invasion.

The first engagement between CPTO and the Kkhano Empire happened in 1872 AD. An attempt was made to stop the Kkhanoese advancement in the southern part of the Kjanuan bay. However, the operation failed due to the technological advancement of the Kkhanoese.

One year later, 1873 AD. The CPTO escaped with its remaining military forces to Colonial Kudia, modern-day Rikura. However, colonial Kudia fell to the Kkhanoese Empire in 1898 AD. This resulted in the CPTO being exiled to Kohen. While in Kohen, the CPTO worked together with the Koheni military and realized the potential of Armored Hybrid Airships in 1900 AD.

After the declaration of the 3rd Coalition against the Kkhano expansion. CPTO and Kohen assist the coalition in supply and bombing runs done by hybrid airships.

The collapse of the Kkhano Empire brought about the dissolution of the CPTO and the restoration of the twin kingdom’s original government in 1919 AD.

Procurator Era: 1920 AD - 1928 AD
In 1920 AD, the world after Kkhano was split between different Procurators by the victors. During this period, the Pupatorian region was under Kjanuan rule. During this period, both nations focused on restoring their war-torn homeland while ridding themselves of any Kkhanoese influences, such as languages and paperwork. This was also a time when the call for a united Pupatory started to grow.

When the Italtan-Canadian civil war began in 1921, the Miotian nationalist government supported the military Junta. This later led to junta remnants fleeing to Miotia and Kanatoro after losing the civil war in 1924 AD. Same year, Impeck and Kjanu went to war, splitting Wasaru into two fronts. The Junta saw this opportunity and used their stolen gold to bribe officials and powerful figures, and later founded Ar Arsviellec Machinary Ltd., a Miotian domestic arms manufacturer in 1925 AD.

When the Magyar-Kjanuan War broke out, the Ar Arsviellec Machinary received its first state commission to produce high-quality rifles to support the Kjanuans in 1926 AD. This allowed the company and its political backers to grow. In the same year, the asset management Izanagi Corporation was also founded. It assigned a weapon production contract with Ar Arsviellec Machinary to form a hidden political coalition in 1927 AD.

With Impeck's collapse in 1928 AD, the Kjanuan only focused on the Magyar enemies. It was then that the National Workers’ Union of Miotia was founded, the first fascist political party in history. The socialist revolution began to rise in the Twin Kingdoms, but they are met with well-armed counter-revolutionary right-wing elements that stayed loyal to the Kjanuan puppet government. These right-wing elements are the Afixia party and the National Workers’ Union.

Fascist Era: 1929 AD - 1990 AD
The twin kingdoms gained full independence in 1929 AD, after the war between Kjanuan and Magyar forces ended in a stalemate. The National Workers’ Union rose to power and became the ruling party of Miotia. The Afixia Party also rose to power in Kanatoro one year later, in 1930 AD. Kaguya Fushimi becomes the director of the Ministry of Occult under the Pupatorian Cathedrasilicom. Lilim Scarlet Inquisition was also created as a special occult police force in 1939 AD.

Unionist Osca Reichmann and Nori Kamino proposed a united Pupatory but were rejected by both the autocrats and the Fascists. They fled to Colonial Kudia, which formed into Rikura as a proof of concept of a united Pupatory in 1967 AD. Kanatoro changed their name to Candor in 1970 AD.

Pupatory Economic Treaty is signed between Candor and Miotia. This also resulted in a joint space program, the Nynistry zoz Tellae in 1980 AD. This led to the development of the Assistance Acceleration Railway.

The first sign of Chaodis civilization and the Miraculum Core at the lower surface was discovered by the Ministry of Occult of Candor in 1983 AD. In the same year, the Ministry of Occult was disbanded. The existence of Chaodis is kept secret.

In 1984 AD, the Omikane Clan was declared the enemy of the state due to their refusal to integrate into the Candorian culture and religion. Candorian military began a series of genocides secretly. Same year, Pupatorian Gene Research Institute, PGRI for short, is founded. Captured Omikane ethnic groups were sent to PGRI for human experimentation. Young Itashikir escaped with Opere from the PGRI Orphanage black site to avoid human experimentation in Dec 3rd, 1997 AD.

The Miotian Empire’s economy collapsed due to the housing bubble's burst. This led to it being reorganized into a democratic semi-fascist state in 1989 AD. The bubble burst would contribute to the global Banking Crisis of 1990 AD.

Late Fascist Era: 1990 AD - 2018 AD
The United Kingdom of Miotia-Candor is founded when Higges A. Hasis, the Fuhrer of Miotia married into the Candorian Imperial family. The medical industry started to bloom thanks to the contribution of PGRI. Like the other nobles, the Inaban family provided DNA data to the PGRI, which would later result in the birth of Shinozaki Haru and later Tatiana. However, in one of PGRI’s design child experimentation in a Miraculum-based organ transplant. The Miraculum elements had twisted the wish of the good-willed child or save people, and it resulted in an uncontrolled bio-organic infestative contamination that collects genetic samples to produce an infinite amount of spare organs. Killed nearly everyone in the classified Orphanage blacksite on January 4th, 1999. Only Simon Mendelson, Dr. Reinhold, Shinozaki Haru, and 044-33 Akemi Akko escaped the facility alive. Subject PGRI-044-21, Marissa.

Lilim Scarlet was re-branded as an investment company in 2000 AD.
Inspired by Kjanuan culture, the Celestial Five Idol Group was founded in Harvestashiva University in 2007 AD. Its members included young Mashiro Fuyuki and Kana Tachibana. However, Omikane terrorist lead by Itashikir carried out a terrorist attack during one of their concert in 2008 AD. Mashiro Fuyuki was given experimental miraculum regenative treatment by his father Simon Mendelson. Kana Tachibana suffers from memories loss due to trauma. This led to martial law and the tightening of power to the National Workers’ Union. The United Kingdom Miotia-Candor was heading to war against Kjanu to restore the Pupatorian Empire.

War between Kjanu and the United Kingdom was avoided after Higgs A. Hasis was assassinated by an unidentified individual in 2011 AD. It was also during this time second princess Eudokia escaped with the Duke of Kamino to Rikura. Synthetic human bodies were being developed by PGRI, for space exploration; however, it all ended in failure. Lilim Scarlet acquired Sumimoto Holdings in 2014 AD.

Shinozaki Haru was elected as Fuhrer Chancellor in 2016 AD. This led to major reforms to allow greater freedom within the United Kingdom. Akemi Akko returned to the PGRI Orphanage ruins to free the child who was still the infestation host in the orphanage. Akko became the new infestation host and created a replica of Marissa and placed her in cold sleep within the faculty.

In 2018 AD, the United Kingdom sent forces to aid the Serbatijan forces in Jazkovn, Shanting, in an anti-terror operation. Same year, when the Serbatijan royal family faced revolution, the United Kingdom aided their escape. The United Kingdom also aided Kjanu against the invasion of Mendenwall, resulting in the defeat of Mendenwall and, formation of the Mendenwall Republic.

During the Homecoming War, the United Kingdom briefly sided with the homecoming invaders before returning to humanity’s side. Due to the efforts of Captain Inaban Fuyu and her first officer, Akima Koutetsujou, the Taihou fleet was able to subdue the traitors in a short time. The United Kingdom suffered one of the worst casualties in the war. To prevent a similar situation, the United Kingdom had dedicated resources to the construction of Tiamat in the asteroid belt as a first line of defense for Utopia, as well as a relay station for many International Space Agency. The Rias International Space Elevator was damaged, and repairs started as soon as the war ended.

Not long after, a civil war broke out between multiple factions of Miotia-Candor. Between the Socialist forces, the Old Imperial forces, and later the Pupatorist forces. The Old Imperial Forces, supported by Rikura won the war, which led to the democratization of Miotia-Candor and the dissolution of PGRI.

Mashiro Fuyuki was elected to be the first Grand Chancellor. The Naval, Army, and Air Force rivalry remains in one of the many underground conflicts. Inaban and Shinozaki sisters were confronted by PGRI's final creation, also their younger sister, Tatiana, the only known Miraculum emotionless Enchanted Design Child alive.

United Kingdom States Founding: 2019 AD - 2020 AD
In 2019, Social Stress Credit System ATHENA was introduced immediately after the formation of the democratic government, along with Public Health Security, as the nation’s law enforcers and the medical ministry. Yotsubishi Corporation was also founded by former PGRI remnants who wanted to redeem themselves with the founding of Sumimoto Holdings. By late spring, the United Kingdom States is formed with the union of Miotia-Candor and the state of Kjanu. Forming the largest nation at the time. The United Kingdom States acquired Fengese Hong Kong in a trade deal. The secret organization SSS Foundation (Organization) was founded by the United Kingdom as a countermeasure to the supernatural and biological anomalies. One of the first operations of the SSS was to survey the Arctic anomaly, which resulted in clashes with the Meridian Commonwealth’s ASCII. Gem-like artifacts were partially collected and contained by the SSS afterwards.

Same year, the Serpenteum War began after the president of Serpenteum was assassinated by a Miotian. Due to the underprepared United Royal Forces after the civil war, a surprise invasion by Serpenteum was unexpected. The war led to the destruction of the national power grid. Resulted in nationwide darkness. This also led to skirmishes between the World Union and Free Trade Federations. It was also this time that the United Kingdom States began to deploy Aragami sentries into the warzone as psychological weapons. The Teardrop Plague also began to manifest in the Serp-UKS front.

At the same time, Jezabelstien saw the opportunity and invaded Kjanu from the south. However, their invasion was slowed down, and logistical problems began to rise due to the fact Kjanu did not have roads.

To no one's expectation, a tue extraterrstiral interstellar empire called themselves Valarssari broke through the defences of Tiamat and arrived on Utopia. The invasion of Valarssari saw the deaths of half of the population of Miotia-Candor. This was due to their use of anti-matter weapons of mass destruction. While the Edokyuuria-Arcology survived, the original Greater Edokyuurian Metropolian District had turned into the world’s largest crater. On the asteroid defence line, Meridian Commonwealth, Jezabelstien, and Tiamat were fighting the second wave of invasion forces. The Jezabelstien capture of one of Valarssari’s motherships had proven to be a great asset in turning the tide of the war.

Inaban Fuyu was fatally injured in the Valarssari War. Akima Koutetsujou, with a few collaborators from the Feng Dynasty, and Tatiana’s platoon sneaked into the TW-1 SSS facility in Hong Kong to retrieve a supernatural artifact stolen from the Meridian to save Inaban. Tatiana, after gaining humanity, sacrifices herself to save Inaban. Due to her Miraculum composition, she did not die; however, she lost her memories and regressed to a childlike mentality. The group agreed it was best for Tatiana to live a normal life rather than being a child soldier.

By Autumn, the communication between the Feng Dynasty and the Valarssari Princess had led to factionism within the Valarssari forces, leading to their retreat. Secret Task Forces of Serpentuem and the SSS of Miotia-Candor met each other when investigating the abandoned PGRI Orphanage blacksite. Enemies quickly turned to allies when faced with the forgotten darkness of PGRI experimentations. They eventually managed to resolve the biohazard in the facility after discovering Marissa, and helping her regain her memories. Marissa managed to reach the core of infestation and woke up Akko to aid her in controlling the Miraculum infestation. The two managed to convert the hostile flesh-like infestation to a non-hostile plant form. It releases a surge of Miraculum biomass that grew into a colossal tree on the frontlines. The pollen from the spiral tree cured the teardrop plague. Believing it to be a miracle or an act of god, both sides ended hostilities. Jezabelstien retreated as soon as the United Kingdom States made peace with Serpentuem. With casualties, Secret Task Forces of Serpentuem, SSS of Miotia-Candor, and Marissa managed to climb out of the Spiral Tree. Knowing Akko is the Spiral Tree, Marissa decided to visit the site routinely.

However, the appearance of the spiral tree led to the expanding infestation of the Miraculum-contaminated plantation. The PHS deemed those contaminated as unsafe to consume, thus requiring strict food safety control. Months later, the repair of the Rias International Space Elevator was completed and resumed operation.

Pupatorian Cathedrasilicom regained influence after embracing the spiral tree and ultrahumanist doctrine. During this time, Jezabelstien’s Alepha One experimentation with Oracle Core technology’s resulting gravitational anomaly was detected by the United Kingdom States.

The United Kingdom States rose to be a third power to join the Cold War between Jezabelstien and Meridian Commonwealth.

A full Miraculum Resonance was avoided when the 'Girl' was convince of the humanity shown by Kana her to let go of her vengeance on Itashikr. While all seems to return to normal, the Miraculum Resonance had resulted in the mysterious appearance of Miraculum-Crystallization-Disease, or some may rather it as the Rapture disease with no cure.

Mashiro Fuyuki was reelected as Grand Chancellor once the crisis was averted. To make up for the workforce, the reuse of synthetic bodies originally made by PGRI was approved to be used for Nephilim AHI. This raised concerns among the Ultrahumanists.
During this time, the United Kingdom States private sector secretly exports domestic agricultural products to Frontera according to a deal with a Fronteran firm named S.C.A.M.

Fourth Coalition & Beyond: 2021-2024
The Jezabelstienian attack on Kuzikstan, along with Meridian Commonwealth’s intention of ‘correcting’ Kuzikstan, led to the War of the 4th Coalition. Which ended with the collapse of Jezabelstien, and the Meridian Commonwealth returning to isolationism. An agreement was made between nations to disassemble any Jezabelstienian Oracle technology. The United Kingdom States made great efforts in destroying Jezabelstienian relics and rescuing Oracle Hosts.

To prevent a new cold war in this new world order, the United Kingdom States invited North Electrica to the newly formed Royal Independent Allied States, ending their hostilities. 
Months after the end of the War of the 4th Coalition, the United Kingdom States rallied SSS-affiliated factions and countries to assist the Luthorios and Serbatija to reclaim their homeland from the threat to humanity known as the Unknowns. Newly built Enigma-Class Intelligence Destroyer was created to predict gravitational anomalies to counter the Unknown’s warped particle beam from the stolen Serbatijan Megablaster, in which countless lives and ships had fallen victim to. The Unknowns strain in Luthorios was known as Harvesters due to their behavior of devouring anything from biomass to synthetic substances. Nephilim Iroha’s platoon discovered the impossible existence of the Stultifera Navis, 104th ship of the Enigma-Class, in Luthorios. Facing an existential crisis, Nephilim Iroha eventually managed to confront her Harvesters counterpart while her Nephilim teammates fell into logic madness. Iroha was shown by her Harvesters counterpart the truth, and she discovered the Unified Pupatorian Synchronized Intellect (Nation) in a parallel world as a result of Jezabelstien’s Alepha One leading them back here. To prevent the same outcome, Iroha was sent back with a gift, and the Harvester forces dematerialized.

The Royal Interdependent Allied States joined the Persian Civil War after a stray bullet from the Persian Junta killed the Duke of Kamino in a refugee camp across the border. RIAS forces lured the Persian Junta's main forces into Rikura and used a A2 Mine to wipe out all combatants, claiming it to be a weapon test and an accident.
The conflict saw the first use of a weapon of mass destruction against enemies by the United Kingdom States since the Valarssari War.
In this world of a new order, the INCOM led by Astana-Anders and NSCO led by Anteria, rose to power to fill the vacuum of Jezabelstien and Meridian Commonwealth in 2022 AD.
In 2023 AD, the United Kingdom States helped to reestablish the Federal Republic of Luthorios and the Socialist Republic of Serbatija after all Unknown threats had been eliminated.

Historical meeting between Novoryoska of INCOM and the United Kingdom States in Gundun averted the Gundun Missile Crisis in 2024 AD.

One of the biggest accusations was that Mashiro’s administration, the Liberal Democratic Coalition(LDC),  was incompetent in catching the exportation of Public Health Security-designated Miraculum-contaminated food overseas. In a sudden turn of events, with updated data from Minervaindexca’s Fronbridge Oxvard, it has revealed that the United Kingdom States are experiencing a recession rebound and an economic miracle. It was revealed that Trade Minister Tanaka Ichiro signed a deal with Fronteran corporation S.C.A.M. to allow the selling of PHS-designated Miraculum contaminated product to Frontera, and Frontera would sell it everywhere overseas at a higher charge. By autumn, when the Svalbardian Government issued a call for support int he war agaisnt the Kkhanoese Integralists, The Mashiro government sent a mysterious fast food menu fueled by loop-holes to the Svalbardian Government.

Geography

The Grand Chancellor heads the Combined Executive branch of Miotia-Candor. The Grand Chancellor is the head of the Cabinet(Cistella/Gyoseijimu) and is appointed by the Combined Legislative branch(Coroniarca/Naikaku). The Cabinet consisted of Ministers, who may be assigned or dismissed by Grand Chancellor at any time.

Grand Chancellor
The Combined Legislative Branch appoints the Grand Chancellor. There are no term limits. The Grand Chancellor acts as the head of government, and the commander-in-chief of the military. The Grand Chancellor has the power to present bills, sign laws, declare a state of emergency, and may also dissolve the Combined Legislative Branch. The Grand Chancellor must be both a civilian of either Miotia or Candor, and a member of either house of the Combined Legislative Branch.
The Grand Chancellor is decided with a run-off system ballot. In case of both houses do not agree on a common candidate past 10 days after the establishment of a joint committee to agree on the issue; the candidate will be the one the House of Representatives designated.

Legislative: Coroniarca/Naikaku

The Coroniarca or the Naikaku is the Combined bicameral Legislative branch of Miotia-Candor. Composed of the lower house, the House of Representatives, and an upper house, the House of Councillors. It is the sole law-making organ of the Pupatorian twin states. The houses are both elected under a parallel voting system. The very small Combined Judicial Branch of Miotia-Candor consists of the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, and the Athena System. The Court is independent of both the Legislative and Executive branches. Court judges are removable by public impeachment and when they are declared mentally or physically incompetent. A Supreme Court judge may be dismissed by a majority in a referendum. All trials must be conducted with judgment declared publicly unless the court determines publicity to be dangerous to public order, such as widespread stress contamination.
