Dispatch - Pupatorian Catherdrasilicom
Religion and Myth Overview:
Pupatheocrism, the main religion of Miotia-Candor, is run by the Pupatorian Catherdrasilicom. It is a reorganization of many different Chaodic Faiths into one by Leythal Afixishelle in the 2nd century.
It involves the worship of 14 major fallen angelic-like deities in Chaodian mythology. The main deity of worship is known as the Wlefvelia Conficturia in Candor or Wlefvelia Decfur. This deity is known for its compassion toward humanity and the symbol of freedom and love in the distant ancient and modern eras. Pupatheocrism originated from the Chaodis, and it is still a massive religion in the Chaodic and Kanato ethnic groups in the modern day.
Pupatheocrism is a strangely humanist religion that greatly values life and freedom, however, suicide is not a sin. Pupatheocrism does not seek enlightenment or perfection but is built around the concept that humans are humans, and it encourages people to forgive others because they're merely human. It rejects perfection. In the eyes of the Pupatorian Catherdrasilicom: "A perfect being does not need anyone else and, therefore, cannot love." Therefore it no longer has the value or worth of a human being.
Pupatheocrism has a practice of visiting Catherdrasilicoms and communicating with the Wlefvelia through the heart by praying and confession.
Unlike the well-managed Catherdrasilicoms, Lesser Deities Anumina are also being worshiped and have shrines all over the United Kingdom. Unlike the Wlefivelia, the Anumina are considered to be specialized deities with control over the weather, agriculture, and natural forces.
Before the unification, the Imperatrix is believed to be a descendant of Conficturia in Candor. The Miotian version was very humanist in contrast, where they give offerings to the Wlefvelia for granting mankind free will.
Notably strongly showing dislike toward a single omniscient god. These beliefs resulted in clashes between the old Pupatorian Empire and the Catholics back in the first three centuries.
1:1 Genesis:
In the beginning, the world was barren, lifeless, colorless, and full of demons of impurities. Then, the Primordial One and the Fourteen Wlefvelia arrive at the center of the world where they took a rest from their travels. The Fourteen Wlefvelia were split into the Greater Seven(I-VII) and the Lesser Seven(VIII-XIV). They cleared the surface of all demons with their holy lances and cast them to the underworld before they began reshaping the world to their liking.
The First(Nio) and Eighth(Hexe) created the light and sun.
The Second(Ne) and Ninth(Koko) gave color to the world with their paint.
The Third(Dri) and Tenth(Dec) created the blue sky and silent night.
The Fourth(Fur) and Eleventh(Decnio) purified the polluted water.
The Fifth(Fila) and Twelevth(Decne) created the system of the time.
The Sixth(Iskar) and Thirteenth(Decdri) created plants and animals to cover and roam the barren desert.
The Seventh(Za) and Fourteenth(Decfur) created the system of death and the moon.
Sanctuary of Eden was what they named the utopian paradise.
The deities lived happily in the garden, under the guidance of the Primordial One.
Nothing has ever changed in the garden for moons.
The One went into a deep slumber while the Fourteens play in their new garden.
The Fourteenth Wlefvelia soon grew bored of this way of life. They gave life to the clay molds they’ve created and gave rise to the first animals. However, these animals were merely acting upon their creator’s ideas, making them a reflection of only one of their creator's will.
The Fourteenth suggested creating a “Fifteenth(Decfila)” in their image and creating it together. Initially. Rest disagreed due to the violation of heavenly principles, but eventually, they found this idea interesting and agreed on creating their new friend. After many attempts, Fifteenth Wlefvelia was created. The fifteenth lacked many of the divine abilities her sisters had, however, she inherited all their traits. The deities decided to name her Lilith. Initially, Lilith was proud to be the only one of her kind, but eventually, the loneliness got to her.
Fourteenth suggested creating a companion for Lilith, thus Adam was created.
Fourteenth was prideful of her creation and her work until the Primordial One woke up and severely punishes the Fourteens for attempting to violate heavenly principles in replicating their form.
The Fourteenth stopped the One from punishing Lilith and Adam. The Primordial One accused Lilith and Adam of poisoning and corrupting the Fourteens and banished Lilith and Adam from the garden and were stripped of their immortality.
Before Lilith and Adam leave, they asked about the world outside. Fourteenth realizes she could not answer her question due to her lack of knowledge of the outside.
Lilith and Adam eventually convinced the Fourteenth to violate heavenly principles and stepped outside of the garden for the first time.
The world outside reminded the Fourteenth of the scenery when she first arrived in this world, colorless and void of life.
Knowing the Primordial One is in their slumber, the Fourteenth set out to find Lilith and Adam a new home outside the garden. During their journey, the Fourteenth sense changes herself. She was beginning to be able to do what her sister could and she couldn’t in the past. Such as coloring the world, purifying water, giving life to plants, and began having mortal feelings. The Fourteenth created a refuge, a promised land for Lilith and Adam at the far north of the garden before returning to the garden herself. That place was called the "Northern Refuge".
Knowing she violated the heavenly principles of leaving the sanctuary, The Fourteenth knew she would be severely punished, Lilith and Adam tried to persuade her to stay.
The Fourteenth told them she could not live together with mortals. Before she left, Fourteenth then told the two she’ll watch over them using the reflection from the mirror in the night sky she created long ago. However, Lilith and Adam did not listen to Fourteenth. They followed her back to the sanctuary in hopes of persuading her to return.
1:2 Paradise War:
The Greater and Lesser Sevens notice Fourteenth’s changes when she returns to the garden, she is colorless, in marble white, just like the moon. Before her sisters could restore her colors, her sins were discovered by the Primordial One. The Primordial One stripped the Fourteenth’s divinity as a punishment for violating the heavenly principles. The Fourteenth raised her holy lance and rebelled against the Primordial One and their Heavenly Principles. The Greater and Lesser Sevens followed the rebellion.
It was known as the Great Paradise War, and beings known as The Wrath(Aragami) were created by both parties in the battle for the garden. Earthquakes and tsunamis of unimaginable magnitudes ravaged the land.
In the end, the garden was reduced back to a hostile barren land.
Realizing Lilith and Adam were behind her, the Fourteenth dealt the final blow to the Primordial One while taking a direct hit in order to protect the two humans, resulting in a fatal wound.
When Lilith and Adam ask why didn't the Fourteenth order them to stay at the refuge. If it wasn't for the two, the Fourteenth wouldn't need to die. "If I were to order you to be free. What does freedom mean to you?" were the words she answered before she died and was petrified, turning into ash.
In the aftermath of the Paradise War, Eden was nothing but a wasteland, the remaining Thirteen Wlefvelia split up and brought life to the corners of the world. These included the birth of Lesser Deities known as Anumina(Ayakashi).
1:3 Chaodis and the Tower
The descendants of Lilith and Adam populated the world and walked different paths. The Chaodis clan stayed on the legendary "Northern Refuge" and built a great civilization with the oceanic Anumina together. The Chaodis civilization was the pride of the children of the Wlefvelia.
This legendary civilization was said to have the power to interfere with fate itself.
The Chaodis civilization was said to have constructed a great monument that challenged the heavens they despite. It was called the "Tower of Chaodis" a bridge that connected this world to the next.
However, years later, the humans grew jealous of their Anumina brothers and sisters having been blessed with longevity. Distrust between the two people grew and eventually, the great monument was left to its ruins.
1:4 Destruction of Chaodis and the Great Flood
As centuries go on, the discrimination between humanity and Anumina continued to grow, it led to war eventually. Led by Anumina Tiamat the bringer of life, her Abyssilium forces brought a great wave that swallowed all of Chaodis. Saddened to have to see what the world has become, the Anumina left and never returned. It is said this is the point where humans and the mythical Anumina part ways.
1:5 Pupatorians:
After the destruction of Chaodis, one human clan remained in the promised land. They named themselves after butterfly pupas to symbolize dolls of clay and being and their spiritual progression, holding tight to the written memories of Fourteens while moving towards the era of humans. Thus the Pupatorian realm was born.
Extra Analysis:
Some scholars believe the Greater Seven represents the heavenly Virtues while the Lesser Seven represents the Deadly sins. As stated creating Lilith required all of Fourteen’s unique traits.
The modern Pupatorian Catherdrasilicom associates the Fourteenth with the goddess of Conficturia, of the Pupatorian New Testament, the main deity of worship.
In the Imperial Candorian version, Conficturia developed mortal feelings and had a child with Adam before she returned to the garden. Which is believed to be the royal bloodline.
